Our world is constantly changing. Technology and science advances so quickly it seems impossible at times to keep up with all the information.
Health and Nutrition information is always being revised, and itʼs not unusual to find contradictory perspectives and recommendations on how we should be eating and living our lives.
I have spent the last several years studying health and nutrition for myself so that I could discern what information was relevant to me.
I chose the path of Holistic Health and Nutrition as I have always sought to do things as naturally as possible, and as God intended.
My studies have brought me many new discoveries about my body and about health and wellness. And I am well on the path to greater health and vitality.
This is a lifelong pursuit that takes wisdom and dedication.
I have always had a desire to help others in finding their optimal health as well. As a Holistic Health and Nutrition Educator I have decided to dedicate the rest of my professional life to helping others in finding peak wellness, or what I call "Primo Health!
An Integrative Health Coach has a clear understanding of the different modalities and approaches to health care.
I can help you develop a personalized plan for health, as well as provide education and information you need to make confident decisions about your wellbeing.
A good health coach will complement your current health care providers and make an essential part of your team.
I will assist you in reducing the negative impact made on your lives by chronic conditions such as cardiovascular disease, cancer and diabetes.

Online Learning Good for Your Health
Primo Health Coach launches virtual classroom
Essential to making positive change in your life is having good information and knowledge of how things work.
Primo Health Coach is dedicated to teaching you how to experience greater health and wellness by giving you the tools you need to achieve optimal health.
We will be launching our first online course in summer 2010. Our classes are completely virtual, so you can do it from wherever you are!
Teaching is done using an innovative online conferencing platform that is dynamic and engaging.
You will even be able to watch your coach speak through video, and break off into groups to partake in discussion.
If you are not able to attend a class during the scheduled time, you can always watch a recording of the event. And Primo Health Classroom is affordable!
