Radiant heat is the band of light from the sun we perceive as heat. We cannot see this band of light with the naked eye, but we can feel this type of light in the form of heat. The infrared sauna is much more comfortable and safer than the traditional ‘dry’ saunas, by using a process called conversion, where heat is transferred directly to the body without having to first heat the air. Radiant Heat is absorbed by the body as much as 1 1⁄2 inches below the skin producing 2 to 3 times the amount of sweat from conventional saunas.

Lastly, prepare for your session by drinking plenty of water before. We will also provide filtered water for during and after your session.
